1. Who receives consent
By pressing the separate Allow statistics button, I permit Quevell LLC (OGRN 1265900011244, INN 5904419073, 6 Revolyutsii Street, apartment 27, Perm, Perm Krai, 614007, Russia) to process the data listed below for its own website and company-source statistics. This is a separate voluntary choice, not acceptance of the terms or a condition of registration.
2. Purpose and data
Purpose: evaluate which sources lead to company creation, activation and payment, and improve the website. Data includes an allowed landing path without query parameters, five campaign UTM labels, the referring hostname without its full URL, an event type and a daily counter. UTM labels accept only campaign codes without personal data.
If I create a new company as its owner, the source is linked once to its identifier and creation date. We retain the consent revision and source-recording time, first project, issue, invitation and second-member joining events, company activation and the latest purchased seat count. A source can be recorded only during the company's first day. Activation means observing all four first events, not a team's return or confirmed email delivery.
There is no unique visitor identifier, advertising or analytics cookie, third-party tracker, session replay or browser fingerprint. These statistics do not contain email addresses, person identifiers, IP addresses, browser details, issue text or comments. Ordinary technical logs and accounts have separate purposes described in the policy.
3. Browser storage
The choice is kept in localStorage for up to 30 days. The first permitted source and sent-event flags, including the created company identifier, are used for no more than 24 hours on the same origin. This preserves the source when a confirmation email opens in another tab in the same browser. Opening in another browser or clearing storage can lose the source. Expired entries are not used and are removed when next accessed; a closed browser does not run cleanup. When storage is unavailable, data exists only on the current page.
4. Server and retention
Data is processed automatically on servers in Russia: collected, recorded, grouped, used and deleted. Daily counters retain the last 30 UTC days and the current day; company source and consent evidence up to 90 days after attribution; milestone events up to 90 days after the event, and no longer than the company source. Cleanup runs hourly. Only the platform operator can access the report. Data is not sent to advertising platforms or third-party analytics systems.
Deleting a company removes its source and milestone events. Deletion from the working database does not immediately remove protected backup copies: they expire under their own retention cycle.
5. Declining or withdrawing consent
Choose Without statistics or change your choice using the Site statistics button. This stops new browser events and removes the stored source. To delete an existing company's attribution, write to privacy@quevell.com: the request is handled after verifying the applicant's authority. Withdrawal removes source labels and milestone events; a refusal record without campaign labels may remain until the company's first day ends, so a repeated request cannot restore its source. Daily counters without a person link cannot identify an individual visitor.
6. Voluntary choice
Without consent, these statistics are not collected. Declining or withdrawing does not restrict the website, registration or Service. Consent lasts within the stated periods or until withdrawal. A new revision requires a new choice.
7. Contact and policy
For data questions and withdrawal: privacy@quevell.com. General processing information and rights: quevell.com/en/privacy/. Consent does not authorise promotional email and does not include third-party analytics.
